The Board of Directors of ALPHA REAL ESTATE SERVICES consists of:

CHAIRMAN

Georgios Poimenidis

Mr. Georgios Poimenidis was born in Athens in 1961 and graduated in 1984 from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with a degree in Civil Engineering.

He has worked as a design and supervising engineer on both private and public sector projects. Since February 1990, he has held various senior management positions at Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. (formerly Alpha Astika Akinita S.A.). From 7 January 2013 to 31 May 2022, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. (formerly Alpha Astika Akinita S.A.). Since 1 June 2022, he has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Member of the Company. In parallel, he serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Valuation (ELIE) and the Association of Greek Valuers (SEKE).

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ioannis Ch.Ganos

Mr. Ioannis Gkanos has served as Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Real Estate Services S.A. since 1 June 2022.

Born in Athens in 1978, he graduated in 1999 from Panteion University with a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Regional Development. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as a professional executive qualification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Throughout his career, Mr. Gkanos has held senior positions within the Alpha Bank Group, including General Manager at Alpha Real Estate Management & Investments, and has also worked at Bluehouse Capital, OTE Estate, and the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE). He has executed real estate transactions with a total value exceeding €1.3 billion across Central and Eastern Europe. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Hellas), where he served as Chairman for seven years.

Frangkiski G. Melissa

Ms. Fragkiski Melissa holds a degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Master's degrees in Industrial/Organizational Studies from Columbia University and Social Studies from The New School for Social Research.

She has over 28 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She previously served as Regional Human Resources Director for Southeast Europe at Colgate-Palmolive and has held senior HR positions at Makro Cash & Carry and KPMG. Ms. Melissa joined Alpha Bank from Vodafone, where she served for the last eight years as Human Resources Director for Greece and Romania. On 3 March 2020, she was appointed Executive General Manager and Chief Human Resources Officer, and on 20 May 2022, she assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Georgia N. Sofatzi

Ms. Georgia Sofatzi was born in Marousi, Attica, in 1978. She is a senior banking executive with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

She currently serves as Director of the Commercial Real Estate Business Area at Alpha Bank, bringing extensive expertise in the structuring, management, and oversight of large-scale and complex commercial real estate and hotel financing transactions. Throughout her career, she has worked both within the Alpha Bank Group and at Eurobank. Earlier in her career, she held positions in Finance and Investor Relations at the construction company AEGEK. Ms. Sofatzi holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Regional Development from Panteion University.

Alexander S. Argyros

Mr. Alexandros Argyros was born in Marousi, Attica, in 1980. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Head of Investment Banking at AXIA Ventures Group Ltd.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley in London, New York, and Athens, and also served as Chief Executive Officer of FiliaCom. In addition, Mr. Argyros is an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of AXIA Ventures Group Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alpha Finance S.A., and an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee of General Purpose Acquisition Corp. He previously served on the Boards of Stellar Acquisition Corp. and Nautilus Marine Acquisition Corp., where he was also a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Argyros holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Amherst College, United States.

Vasileios I. Loumiotis

Mr. Vasileios Loumiotis graduated in 1973 from the Department of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business (formerly ASOEE) and holds an MBA from Roosevelt University, Chicago (1979).

He practiced as an auditor from 1980 to 2021, initially as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOL) from 1980 to 1992 and subsequently of the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants of Greece (SOEL) from 1993 until 2021. From 1993, as a Certified Auditor, Mr. Loumiotis pursued his professional career with the auditing firm SOL S.A., where he was also a shareholder. During his distinguished tenure, he was appointed as the statutory auditor of numerous leading companies, conducting audits of their annual financial statements. He also carried out a wide range of specialised assignments, including special audits for stock exchange listings, business valuations, and the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for a significant number of companies. From 2006 to March 2009, he served as a member of the Technical Office of SOL S.A. Mr. Loumiotis has extensive academic and teaching experience. From 1997 to 2021, he lectured at the Training Institute of the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants of Greece (IESOEL). Since 2006, he has been a lecturer in the postgraduate programme "Master's in Applied Auditing and Accounting" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and since 2011, he has also lectured in the postgraduate programme "Master's in Applied Accounting and Auditing" at the University of Macedonia. In addition, Mr. Loumiotis serves as Managing Director of Loumiotis Educational & Consulting Single-Member Private Company (I.K.E.).

Aggeliki D.Samara

Ms. Angeliki Samara was born in Thessaloniki and is Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the School of Business Administration, University of Macedonia.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance, with a specialization in Applied Accounting and Auditing, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a PhD in Accounting from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. She also holds a professional qualification from the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants of Greece (IESOEL). Ms. Samara is a member of the Quality Control Committee of the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants of Greece (SOEL). She previously served for ten years as a member of the Quality Control Board of the Hellenic Accounting and Auditing Standards Oversight Board (ELTE). She has also served as an expert in a European Twinning Programme on Accounting and Auditing Standards and Corporate Governance, and as a member of the working group of the General Accounting Office of the State responsible for developing the new General Government Chart of Accounts. She is also Chair of the SOEL Examination Committee for the Certified Auditor Professional Examinations, Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A., and Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of AlphaLife Insurance Company S.A., Gr. Sarantis S.A., and Dotsoft Information Technology Solutions S.A. Ms. Samara has participated in ELTE working groups responsible for the transposition of Directive (EU) 2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) into Greek legislation. She has also attended specialised seminars organised by the Committee of European Auditing Oversight Bodies (CEAOB) on sustainability assurance. She actively participates in national and international conferences on Accounting and Auditing, while her research has been presented at numerous academic conferences and published in leading peer-reviewed scientific journals.
